1. No Return & No Refund Policy
At PLAYNEXA, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order is delivered, except in cases where:
- The product is completely damaged in transit
- The wrong product is delivered
In such cases:
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Supporting images/videos are required
- Resolution may be provided in the form of replacement only (no refunds)
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier)
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD may be available on select orders/locations

- Disable COD for certain pin codes
- Reject COD orders if found suspicious
- Customers must ensure availability to receive COD orders
- Repeated order rejections may lead to restriction of COD facility
4. Replacement Policy
Replacement is only applicable if:
- Product is damaged in transit
- Incorrect item is delivered
